At REKVOUR, customer satisfaction is important to us. As all our products are made-to-order, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only available if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The product received is different from the item ordered

  • The product contains a printing error

Non-Eligible Returns

As all products are custom-made after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Replacement Process

After reviewing your request, we may approve a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement products will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

If a replacement is not possible, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, return shipping costs (if required) will be covered by REKVOUR.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled because each item is made specifically for the customer.
