Order Processing

All REKVOUR products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it enters our production process before being shipped.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 Business Days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, orders are shipped through our logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 7–14 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
